Engagements are governed by the written proposal, statement of work (SOW), or master agreement you sign with ABINNOVO TECH PVT LTD. This page summarizes typical principles; your contract prevails if anything differs.
Professional & consulting services
Fees for consulting, discovery, fixed-scope delivery, and time-and-materials work are generally earned as milestones are met or as time is incurred. If you cancel before work starts and no third-party costs have been committed, prepaid amounts for that phase may be refunded or credited per your agreement.
Software licenses & subscriptions
Third-party licenses (cloud providers, app stores, etc.) follow the vendor’s refund rules. Our own recurring platform fees, if any, are billed per the schedule in your order form; cancellation terms for renewals are stated there.
How to request cancellation
Send a written request to your project lead or the contact channel published for your account. Include engagement name, dates, and reason. We confirm receipt and outline any wind-down steps, data export, or final invoices.
Disputes & good-faith resolution
We aim to resolve billing or delivery concerns quickly through your account team. Escalation paths follow your master agreement or SOW.
For pack purchases paid via PayU, refund eligibility follows the written confirmation we send after payment and applicable law. Questions? Contact us
